There is no better country to own and operate a business in than in America. Therefore, celebrating our heritage and those that keep us safe is an important part of my programming work.

  • Sara worked for me when I was CFO at Old Navy. At the time and even now, she was one of the best employees that I have had the opportunity to lead. Great vision, organization, executive presence and service oriented approach. She is exceptional.

Stephanie Roberts, Chief Financial Officer Consulting, FLG Partners

  • "It was my great good fortune to work with Sara on two major community-based military veteran-centric projects. She is smart, energetic, highly focused, creative, reliable, a clear communicator with up-to-date organizational team-building/Human Resources/program development and media relations skills. Plus, she is a genuinely wonderful person to be around!"

    Al Perry, MHA, MPA, FACHE

Immediate Past President and Trip Leader, Central Valley Honor Flight (Fresno, CA)

  • “Sara and I worked together on the opening of El Capitan, a jdv by Hyatt hotel, where Sara planned engaging and unique immersion experiences for her employees. She navigated the COVID policies instituted by the Governor of California and came up with a plan to continue on the path of opening the hotel while keeping our employees safe. This plan she created was used as a model by other properties that also opened during the pandemic. She set the bar for what businesses should do to welcome, train, and engage their employees.”

Seth McDaniels, Vice President, Openings & Experience at Davidson Hospitality Group at Davidson Hospitality Group

  • "Sara’s diligence and dedication is notable at every level of the company. She goes above and beyond what is expected of her and constantly searches for new innovative projects that propel business and morale for our properties. She is a powerhouse in all aspects and a positive light in every environment she is a part of. Sara will be an invaluable addition to any team."

Dennis Perez, People Coordinator at at Mainzer & El Capitán, a jdv by Hyatt Hotel

    Full Letter of Recommendation

  • “I have the pleasure of working with women leaders across the country and Sara Hill is a stand out. She is a natural servant leader who is eager to roll up her sleeves to make her local community a great place to work, live and raise a family. Sara is the real deal and a wonderful breath of fresh air!”

Kim Borchers, Associate Director of Community Engagement at The Policy Circle

  • I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Sara Cribari Hill in multiple capacities over the last few years, however the following instances stand out the most. With the Leadership Merced program, organized by the Greater Merced Chamber of Commerce, Mrs. Cribari Hill was the head facilitator for the cohort I was in. During this time, Mrs. Cribari Hill was a natural leader with exceptional intellect in providing myself and other members of our cohort the skills and experiences necessary to improve the quality of life for ourselves and our community. In addition to the time with Leadership Merced, Mrs. Cribari Hill spearheaded a ‘Women’s Unite’ group where women of the Merced community gathered regularly to discuss ways to improve the quality of life for other Mercedians. With Mrs. Cribari Hill's tremendous drive, “Light up Merced”, to increase community safety, and “Tidy Up Tuesday”, to beautify Merced, were born. Both of these ideas built traction through the rest of our community, including the Mayor of Merced. I also had the pleasure of working side-by-side with Mrs. Cribari Hill in 2019 on the Citizens Advisory Charter Review Committee for the City of Merced. Representing District 3 and as the Vice Chair of the committee, she made Charter revision recommendations that eventually were voted on during the March 2020 Primary ballot. When I think of Sara, I think of unlimited potential and I feel extremely fortunate to have had the opportunities to work with her.”

Sarah Boyle, Leadership Merced Graduate & Merced City Councilmember

  • "Sara's relentlessly focused on helping to implement processes and procedures to achieve employee engagement and satisfaction while making a large and significant impact in the community."

Megan Metz, Director of People & Culture at Mainzer & El Capitán, a jdv by Hyatt Hotel
